Terms & Conditions 1. The customer has to pay 200/month or ₹2200/ year for an account to be a zero balance account. 2. If the customer doesn't have Amaze account already, he can simply click on the link & complete its process. 3. The customer's phone number should be linked with their Aadhaar Card & the customer should have a PAN card. 4. Age: above 20 years 5. The entire account opening process should be completed in one go. 6. Customers should have a valid Aadhaar card ready for quick account opening. 7. For Android users only DOS 1. Complete the process in a single journey, if required, resume the journey using the link from the "my customer" section. 2. Check pincodes availability. 3. Customers should keep a blank paper and PAN card handv while doina video KYC. 4. Customers should not have any existing account with the brand or had previously applied for the same. 5. Inform customers of the product features and how to use the account. DON'TS 1. Don't make false promises like loan, credit card offer to the customer. 2. Don't use your phone or laptop for opening the customer's account. 3. Never login to a customer account on your phone or device. 4. Avoid any mismatches between PAN and Aadhaar Card. 5. Multiple accounts are not allowed from the same device/number/email ID/PAN/Aadhaar. 6. There should be no background noise while doing the video KYC process. 7. Paying money or offering incentives for account opening to customers is not allowed. 8. The customer shall not be an existing customer of Axis Bank.
